A delegation from Commission IV of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), led by Siti Hediati Soeharto, conducted a working visit to Perum BULOG's warehousing facilities in Makassar to review the readiness of food stocks, especially corn, and ensure optimal warehouse management standards. Accompanied by Perum BULOG's Board of Directors, the visit also included dialogue with partners, farmers, and livestock breeders, as well as the distribution of Food Aid as a form of support for regional food security. Appreciation was expressed for the quality of the facilities and stored commodities, while BULOG emphasized its commitment to maintaining food supply stability through strengthening stocks, optimizing infrastructure, and strategic collaboration with various parties.
