What If You Could Stop Time?
Imagine being able to stop time. It's a power that has captured, our imagination for decades. but have you ever thought about, what it would really be like? Unfortunately, it wouldn't be as exciting as you might think. In fact, it would be quite terrifying.
If you were to stop time, you wouldn't be able to see or hear anything. That's because stopping time, would also stop the particles of light, and sound from moving around you. You'd be trapped in a frozen world, unable to move or even breathe.
To avoid this, let's imagine another scenario, where you are surrounded, by a bubble inside of which time is still moving. This would allow you to move, breathe and affect space around you. However, you would still be unable, to hear anything outside of the bubble, and your brain probably wouldn't be able, to decode the visual information you captured.
While the idea of stopping time, may seem exciting, it's clear that the reality would be far from it. Instead, we'll have to content ourselves, with the thrill of imagining, what it would be like, even if it's just for a moment.
