HP Spectre x360 13 2020 oled screen flickers problem

How to reproduce:
1) Run OCCT Power Supply test
2) Switch HDR On\OFF on display settings panel during OCCT Power Supply test
This situation appears not only during the test shown, for example after turning off / on the screen, but this test has a 100% repeatable result for me.
I tried:
Installing the latest graphic drivers from the Intel site.
Turn on and off the panel self refresh in the settings of the Intel graphic panel
Testing on the 1903 factory system that was originally installed on the laptop, resetting it to the factory state, updating OS and drivers through the
HP Support Assistant.
Testing by installing a factory image 1909 through HP Cloud Recovery Tool, updating OS and drivers through HP Support Assistant.
None of the steps above helped. The problem appears with any power settings in the HP Command Center. Even when running on battery power.
