I'm always in favor of clients understanding the services they're getting, even if it's just a few basics.
First and foremost, the responsibility always lies with you (I'm not absolving the stylists of it). My point is that clients make the choice of stylist and price!
Hair extensions aren't as easy as they might seem.
It involves: perseverance, precision, adherence to technique, which takes time and knowledge, good, expensive keratin, curling irons, experience—years of practice and training, the strain on your health (eyes, back, neck, sweat, legs), and time.
And a stylist who does a good job won't charge a ridiculously low price... Their conscience and responsibility for the service are often factored into that price.
To help clients understand the stylist's skills, I've written down some tips.
