How I Make My Logos
This video is a rough video so you can watch how I create a logo. I've used this method since 2009 all the way to the time of this recording in 2016.
Basically I start with a new canvas at 2500w x 750h
I use basic text to get the name on the canvas then play with the rectangle shape in photoshop
for the line around .com I add a white stroke to black text once I have the thickness right I'll merge layers then drop the white by adjusting the layer blend settings. once I do that I create a new layer and merge again ... color overlay and set the color you want to use for your logo
