For Jasper Dohrs, Skating is About Rediscovering Cityscapes and Objects
Professional skateboarder, Jasper Dohrs sees skating as a way of rediscovering cityscapes and appropriating their use in life: “I'll get a feeling off of just looking at a cool thing to skate without necessarily being able to skate it. It's about spending time in the city, observing the different objects that are normal for pedestrians." We met with the half-Thai and half-American, 22-year-old to discuss how skating is different between NY and Bangkok.
