Suggested materials:
1 layer quilters cotton
1 layer flannel
Cut fabric to dimensions:
Youth: 7.5 inches by 5.5 inches
Adult: 9 inches by 6 inches
Elastic band sizing:
Youth: 6 inches
S: 6 inches
M: 7 inches
L: 8 inches
XL: 9 inches
