I'm off on a bit of a spontaneous adventure... I have to go run an errand all the way up the north of the country, so it's only right I take the bike along for the ride. I also make a little bit of a detour to load up on some premium fuel, in the form of a delicious Francesinha from the legendary Taberna Belga in Braga. It really did live up to the expectations! Then I head out on an incredible ride through the hills of Viana do Castelo. Fantastic ride, fantastic food... what more do you want!?
