Pokemon Emerald: Shiny Deoxys! (Using AR Event Code)

Showing how to catch (Shiny) Deoxys in Pokemon Emerald.
So, first off, this event has been over for over a decade, so the only way to access it now is through a Gameshark or Action Replay code, which I will have down below. Secondly, it IS possible to get a Shiny Deoxys in Pokemon Emerald through this event, and there is a way to manipulate it using Emerald's unique shiny altering mechanic which relies on using specific frames of animation to calculate the likelyhood of a shiny appearing. Thirdly, I did soft reset this guy to be shiny using the above mentioned method. It took me over 2 days of constant resetting, but it worked. And lastly, there is also a code for altering every Pokemon in game to be shiny, for those who don't wanna go through the trouble of soft resetting, and I will leave that down below as well.
First here's the Master Code. Only use this if you're using it on a physical cartridge. This code is not necessary on emulators.

You will also need an enabler that will allow you to use the ticket to actually get to Birth Island, and there are 2 that I've tried. The first one did not work for me, but the second one did. Apparently you may need to use the code for Birth island AND Faraway Island for Birth Island to appear, so I'll provide all the codes I found, so you can experiment with which one might work for you.

And for those who don't wish to grind for a shiny, here's a cheat that will enable them at all times. Be warned, that the nickname of the Pokemon will be a garbled mess. However, you can change this via the Namerater in Slateport City. Also, the shiny Pokemon you catch via this code will all have the same nature. You can change this either via Pkhex, or by using other gameshark codes.
