Powerful 30Watt Induction Soldering Iron 12Volts DIY
Hi friends in this video i Will make a simple Induction Soldering Iron using ZVS Or Called Zero Voltage Switching circuit. this is very simple and powerful Soldering Iron. it instantly heats up . the heating tine is 5 second. and it can consume more then 50W If Capacitor Value is more then 1uF ....! The Total capacity should not exceed 1uF . if this happens the Soldering tip may Melt ... and get red hot .. the input Voltage can be from 7V To 12V more than 12V is not recommended . the transistor may burn out if more than 12V is used the input voltage and current must be constant .
