We used the pivot painter's pivots not only for the anim but also for computing the tangents for the anisotropic effect.
Anim created using Easy Vertex Anim plugin we are developing. It's a plugin that allows to author vertex animations in the Unreal Editor and a large library of vertex animation effects. It makes easy for anyone to create a vertex animation directly in UE5. More about it: • E.V.A
