Mirabilis Design Hand’s-on-Workshop brings together Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experts with architects in automotive, defense and semiconductor industry. The Workshop will utilize real-world applications to teach early architecture exploration of electronics, embedded systems, software/firmware and semiconductor.
Today the focus is on the correctness of the mathematical algorithms. But there is no visibility on response times, power consumed and hardware-software configurations. So what we propose is add a systems engineering layer about these activities. The virtual prototype model built using VisualSim abstracts the signal processing algorithms such as processing time, data access , expressions etc.
