DEI training by Kaveri Deepak at the Rotary Club of Madras Northwest.
Kaveri Deepak has been doing training for Rotary district officials and for club members in The largest Rotary District in The world RI3232. She is the Associate Chairman for DEI for Rotary Diwteidt 3232 and is probably the youngest ever Rotary District Official. She has trained 300-400 Rotarians.
She has done considerable research on Diversity Equality and Inclusion at the school, community and club levels. She has experimented and created multiple use cases that are relevant to the organisation and use that reinforce the training.
