While the Burj Khalifa entrance for At The Top is directly from the elevator on the ground floor, the only way to get to At The Top SKY (Level 148) is to take the world’s fastest elevator from Level 124 and head to the top. If you’re planning to visit Level 148, you would have to book tickets that specifically provide access to At The Top SKY; a standard ticket only provides access to Levels 124 & 125. What you get on Level 148 is the highest outdoor observation deck in the world, at a height of 555 meters. This floor is less frequented than the lower observation deck, which means you get to enjoy the view in peace. The experience includes a motion-sensing screen, luxury lounge, and a personalized tour.
