Its the battle of the speedsters as Quicksilver goes up against Dash I did the best with what I had.
Quicksilver capable of moving and thinking at superhuman speeds. The exposure to the High Evolutionary's Isotope E made it possible for him to run at supersonic speeds of up to Mach 10 and resist the effects of friction, reduced oxygen, and kinetic impact while moving at super-speeds. His speed allows him to perform such feats as creating cyclone-strength winds and running up walls or across bodies of water.
Dash's speed is sufficient enough to allow him to be able to run over water without submerging. This speed also appears to extend to his other individual limbs: he is able to punch at a rapid rate (however this does not appear to intensify the impact of his blows). Dash realized he was fast enough to run on water and on horizontal surfaces, like walls or ceilings.
