Quick-setting self-leveling underlayment EXPRESS 419
EXPRESS 419 intended for manual and machinery performance of exceptionally smooth floor bases linked with substrate from 2 to 100 mm thick inside rooms. It is suitable under tiles, panels, linings. You can also make bases on a distributive layer and on thermal insulation from the underlayment.
Way of application: a bed should be appropriately seasoned, stable without cracks and primed. Steel elements which may be in contact with the grout must be protected against corrosion. Dry mixture - 25 kg should be made with approx. 6,9 l of water, mixing until homogeneous mass is formed. Prepare mass and pour it in a continuous way up to a set level, spread with a rustproof trowel and deaerate with a spiked roller (with a layer of over 2 cm use a bar for grouts). While subfloors are made, the principles of expansion joints application must be followed. Protect the grout for at least 2 days against sunshine, draughts and other destructive factors. Use in temperatures from +5°C to +25°C. Standing on the grout after approx. 2 hours (in temperature of approx. 20°C and with thickness of 1 cm), fixing tiles after approx. 24 hours with thickness of the grout up to 1 cm, laying parquets and linings - in line with their manufacturer's advice.
