at the beginning of the movie, when kingo is fighting a deviant, makkari intervenes and in real time speed it looks as if she just punched the deviant. but in slow motion we can actually see that she doesn't make any moves at all. all she does is stop herself from getting any further. but her momentum and the air burst generated from her speed was enough to knock out the deviant. that's how fast makkari is. the impact from her speed was so much that she often doesn't need to land a punch.

when arishem or any of the celestials disappears into darkness or whenever they emerge from darkness into light. we see this golden circular symbols. these patterns are essentially everywhere in the movie. whenever something materializes or someone preforms magic, we see this pattern. but i noticed something interesting in slow motion. notice how these golden patterns are also physically imbedded on arishem's face. they light up or dim down but never disappear. these circular patterns are actually physically imprinted on every single celestial. so these golden patterns aren't just holographic symbols. they have physical existence as well.

with each appearance arishem size keeps getting bigger. first we only see his face with four eyes. then his entire face and from the belly up. then we were finally shown how massive he is compared to our planet.

the celestial that the eternals stop from emerging is called tiamut. in the comics tiamut is known as the dreaming celestial. and there is actually a storyline where he decides he can not destroy humanity much like the plot of the movie. where his absence prevents the destruction of this planet. although it wasn't his decision but the point remains the same.

during the final fight when thena confronts ikaris. ikaris stops her sword. but to retaliate thena transforms her sword into a blade. we can visually see thena sending some sort of cosmic energy to the point where she where she wants the blade to come out from. considering this is all CGI. i have to count this as a great detail.
