Henri IV - Henri Quatre = Henri Cat is a silly joke, but Henri IV played a significant part in the history of SW France and the name is thus geographically appropriate.
Our Henri IV was a sensitive, affectionate, very handsome cat, and, perhaps, just a little dim. His little life was cruelly cut short by a neighbour's dog, trespassing on our garden, that fatally bit poor Henri. Henri was about 7.5 years old. He leaves a big, empty, cat-shaped space chez nous.
