Discover which aromatic plants produce essential oils and learn their Latin names. Understand the distribution market and the different labels. Learn to read labels, buy your essential oils safely, and become knowledgeable so you can confidently communicate with producers or distributors! Learn to distinguish the quality of essential oils between brands. Distinguish between essences, essential oils, absolutes, and CO2 extracts. Understand the chemical and technical characteristics of an essential oil and the meaning of the famous "Chemotype"—elements that will allow you to better understand it in your future therapeutic practice.

This second part covers pharmacology concepts! Often the most daunting topic, but with the help of accessible explanations and pedagogical approaches, you'll see that it's actually quite easy to learn.

I've developed a simple learning method called "loops" that will provide you with an easy way to memorize.

You will learn the 13 main biochemical families that make up essential oils.

You will learn their properties and toxicities.

You will be able to decipher the biochemical composition of any essential oil and understand its areas of activity and toxic risks without having to consult the detailed descriptions in books.

Starting with this module, aromatherapy books will no longer be your "guiding lights" but will become your tools for working more efficiently, as you will be able to decipher all the authors' formulas and adapt them to your needs.

The final part of these "basics." The entire "practical application" section.
How to integrate aromatherapy into your daily life. What role do essential oils play compared to other natural techniques?

Learn dosages according to age, protocols according to routes of administration, and how to combine them and create your own blends.

At the end of this third part, you will be able to work independently, formulate your own blends, and decipher and adjust pre-existing formulas according to your needs or the essential oils you have available. You will know how to adapt formulas safely and knowledgeably to different ages and situations.
