Check whether given number is even or odd using switch case constructor | MKL

We will start by defining a variable to store the given number. Then, we will use the modulus operator to check if the remainder of the given number divided by 2 is equal to 0. If it is, then the number is even, otherwise, it is odd.
Next, we will use the switch case constructor to print out the result. If the number is even, the switch case will print "The number is even". If the number is odd, the switch case will print "The number is odd".
We will also handle the case where the given input is not a number by using the scanf function to read in the input and checking if it is a valid number.
In addition, we will demonstrate how to use the default case in switch case to handle invalid input.
By the end of this video, you will have a good understanding of how to use the switch case constructor in C programming language to determine whether a given number is even or odd.
