Step 1: Import sample
Step 2: Set your track's elastic audio to "Rhythmic" or "Polyphonic"
Step 3: Set rate to "Ticks" (The tiny green triangle icon)
Step 4: Open the "Elastic Properties" window (Option + 5)
Step 5: Set the sample's source tempo (the tempo it was originally in)
