How to Solved Problem errors in gta san andreas

Maybe i can fix your problem.. i have some steps to make it clear..
1. First you have to check are the process of gta_sa.exe is running .. okay just open task manager
2.Press Windows+R at same time or hold Windows and Press R
3.Type taskmgr (or open taskmanager)
4.go to the process
5.find gta_sa.exe
6.then delete it
** If the gta_sa.exe is not running but the problem still can't be fix.. maybe you have to reinstall your gta san andreas..
gta san andreas say:gta_sa.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
i open the gta san andreas dan gta san andreas says:gta_sa.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
please help me! i not want uninstall my gta san andreas :(
