ProjExec: Social Project Management for the Agile Enterprise
ProjExec is the integrated social project management solution for IBM/HCL Connections, Microsoft Office 365/Microsoft Teams and Google GSuite (coming soon!). The ProjExec SocialGanttTM allows project team members to perform all of these social collaboration activities in-context directly from the project schedule. The SocialGanttTM goes beyond traditional PM tools like Microsoft Project (while compatible with) enabling the management of multiple projects, an entire program, or even a company's entire strategic plan, all at one time with real-time reporting.
In addition, to traditional Waterfall Project Management, ProjExec also supports Agile Project Management through the ProjExec Kanban, which integrates seamlessly with the Project Schedule.
