Halfway through chemotherapy and the side effects I have had so far.
Celebrating the half way point in my Chemotherapy treatments this week. I had my 12th and final Taxol infusion yesterday. Next week we start a new regimen of A/C, Adriamycin also called doxorubicin along with Cyclophosphamide. Most people know this regimen as the "Red Devil"
This halfway point is a good time to sort of inventory all my side effects that I have had so far. I am sooooo lucky to have gotten through this 12 weeks with relatively mild side effects to deal with. I have describe this chemo journey so far and lots of little annoying things.
Life has certainly slowed down, but chemotherapy has not stopped me from living a mostly normal daily life.
I am hopeful that this video will help anyone who is or know knows someone who is about to take on chemotherapy, and gives you the peace of mind that you can do it!
