Air Fryer - Pan Sear Steak SieWays.
Haven't posted a vid in a while so I hope you enjoy this one. A quick steak recipe that my wife loves, and wanted to share with you all. Recipe/Method:
Beautifully done med. rare, 12oz. steak done my way. Season with 1/2 tbsp. or a dash of salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and msg. extra virgin olive oil and rub in. 10min. airfry 400'. then roasted at 385' for 6min.
In a medium pan, add budder, olive oil, crush garlic cloves, thai chillies, rosemary, and thyme.
Sear steak and base 2min. each side. Let rest 5-6min. and enjoy.
