How To Solve Rotimatic 'VT Stuck' Error | Troubleshooting 'Vertical Tray Stuck' Error In Rotimatic
Sometimes you get an error message that says that the VT is stuck, or when you move the VT up to clean the kneading area, it does not retract to its original position.
To solve this issue, open the side door and use the magic brush and a cloth to clean the VT area thoroughly.
Clean the VT shaft thoroughly using a wet tissue and mild detergent.
There is also a small switch behind the VT shaft, which should be clean and not broken.
Contact customer support if the switch is broken or doing all this does not solve the issue.
