You can login to the site with your Existing Administrator Login Username and Password.
The Login URL should be domainname/wp-admin normally like domain.com/wp-admin but some site may have different login url due to their plugin and/or security settings
Then you can go to the WP-Admin Dashboard ➤ Users ➤ Username ➤ Edit ➤ Role. You will be able to change the User Role there.
