good armour (for lower levels or if you are 70+ levels, use weight reducing clothing)

level 53 Jogres (able to defend, no need to defeat)
level 46 Harpie Bug swarms (able to defend, no need to defeat)
level 32 Tribesmen (able to defend, no need to defeat)
