28 cb Iban Blast PKing - (Condensed, 2017)

50 attack, 25 range and 50 magic is required to wear the staff of Iban and to complete the Underground Pass quest. Iban blast can deal a max hit of 25 damage which is insanely overpowered at low levels. I started my PKing session with 50 magic, 50 atk and 17 hp with a total combat level of 28
