I found most of the Stalker Hunters, so here you go.

DISCLAIMER: To spawn any of them it has to be 19:00 (7 PM) - 5:00 (5 AM).
To check the time press ESC and hold F, that will open Photo Mode. In Photo Mode in the TOP RIGHT corner you should see the Area you are in, and the time.
