Easy Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe
Chicken tikka masala with w/ @drinkolipop
For the marinade:
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp grated garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
Air fry on 400f for 6 minutes per side.
3 tbsp oil
1 large red onion
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp grated garlic
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cinnamon stick
2 green cardamom
1-2 fresh red chilies *optional
1 cup of tomato purée
2 cups of hot water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp adobo *optional
1 tsp sugar *optional
