On Eppinger Drive, southbound, approaching the All Way stop at Biscayne Drive. The driver turning right onto eppinger is legal: the two clowns who PASS HER AT THE STOP SIGN ARE ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD. The Honda driver who pulls up a few seconds later has no idea how lucky he is!
