2020 Concord Fall Leaf Collection
The City of Concord, New Hampshire has an important program change this year for fall leaf collection due to COVID-19. Loaders will be used instead of vacuums for bulk collection, requiring all leaves to be raked fully into the street to be reachable for collection. Bulk collection starts November 2, 2020 and will continue as weather permits through December 11, 2020. Bagged leaf collection starts November 23, 2020 and will continue for three weeks through December 11, 2020. Leaves must be in biodegradable yard waste bags or labeled rigid containers and be at the curb by 7:00 a.m. each Monday during the program, regardless of your trash day. Bagged collection is not dependent on the weather, which provides three separate guaranteed collections.
