The Must-Try Okinawan Breakfast
Check out our okinawan style breakfast! You can get your hands on this at a place called Potama in Okinawa! I always visit this place on every trip to Naha. 😊 There may be a short wait (sometimes there’s a line during peak mealtimes) because everything is made to order. But that’s what makes these rice sandwiches so so good! ❤️ They are definitely worth the wait.
We got the variety set with 5 kinds of pork Tamago onigiri. Each potama comes with spam, and Tamago Yaki (egg onelette). The standard comes with a local sweet miso which is amazing. My fav is the one with deep fried Goya bitternelon. Great flavors and textures in this one. But really any one you choose will be good.
