Blacklight: Retribution - Half a year has passed
Playing 20 minutes of BLR made me realize two things:
First, I can't find any fun in playing this game anymore (at least atm) :/
That was the main reason for my absence as this channel was mainly about BLR.
Secondly: After not playing for half a year I played without HUD, no crosshair, no name tags (the settings i used to play) and apart from really doing bad imo I still managed to get best on the server twice. After half a year.
It took me a while to notice what that meant.
I can't find fun because there is no resistence, no challenge at all.
4 Servers online: 1 OS, 2 Helodeck only, 1 TDM , not even completely filled. 2 minutes of waiting for me to even see the serverlist.
To mention: Someone said the game is still great.
That's true. The game is still one of the best games i've ever played.
But everytime I think about launching the game, I don't get a positive thought like I did in the past:
