🌹 How to make Apple Rose cake! | yunisweets
以前Instagramにポストしたアップルローズの作り方です。
りんごの色付けには、ビーツやワインなど赤系なら何でも大丈夫です。
セルクルが大きくなっても、またもう1種類ミニデザートが作れるように多めの材料してあります。今回はリンゴ以外にマンゴーでもバラを作ってみました。楽しんで作ってもらえたら嬉しいです。
Hello everyone! This time, I baked apple rose cake!..with small extra desserts. For the colouring of the apple, it could be beets or wine, anything but red kind.
Also, even if the mould is bigger, it is set with more amount of ingredients than usual so that you can make another mini dessert as well. This time I made roses not only with apples but with mangos! Hope you'll fully enjoy this video!
Please check the features of each agar and change the amount of it if necessary, depending on whichever kind you use (e.g. Japanese agar or Foreign agar), since its finish hardness differs.
