This was all made inside of After effects Element 3D using ray tracing & hyper threaded accelerated rendering, I was able to utilize matte painting and layer compositing to achieve the look I wanted. After 20 tries and multiple errors, I was finally able to render this project using a python farming technique since the effects were too heavy on my GPU. These scenes were hand drawn before I composited them into the 3d software. With 40 hours of work I achieved the look I wanted, but it would eventually take another 10 hours to render.
