Hi guys, today I will be showing you all some tips on creating your very own LUT comparison and sliding comparison.

This tutorial is very useful when you are trying to create the "Before & After Effect" kind of visual comparisons. This can come in handy when you are doing school project videos, housing renovations, music videos, vlogs, and promotional corporate videos!

(Do remember to check out Cinepunch, really WORTH the money! https://1.envato.market/g39GA )

SO, it is simple.
1. Check the resolution of your video.
2. For simple half-screen comparison just duplicate your video, crop the upper one into half of the resolution (be it horizontally or vertically)
3. For simple sliding ones, create a keyframe at the start of the video and crop it at full resolution (in this case 3840). Then, go to any part of your video and readjust the crop to make it '0'.
4. For multiple sliding LUT comparison, is very complicated. I am showing one of the ways to do it in this video, so just watch my video and TRY!

The reason for me to do this video is that I have realized how many LUT videos are there on YouTube with excellent LUTs but no tutorials on how to create those comparison effects (simple ones). Thus, I have decided to show you guys a few ways to create such comparisons, mainly focusing on the sliding ones.

Anyways, thanks for your support guys! REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!
