Change Day to Night Smoothly in FCPX | Final Cut Pro X Tips
Today I will be showing you how to change Day to Night using FCPX (Final Cut Pro X).
It requires a few steps -
1, select a clip with little or no light source, plain background and with the sky different from the rest (in terms of colour).
2, Duplicate clip with the upper layer having a decreasing opacity (till 1%ish)
3, add Keyer on the second layer
4, Add day to night effect in FCPX effects brouser.
5, add a moon or sky replacement photo/video below everything.
