Are Closing Costs Negotiable?
Yes, some of them are, some of them aren't. Here's where some of the closing costs are negotiable. Some lenders charge origination fees, some don't.
That's why shopping around is a very important thing to being able to get the right loan for you in a reasonable amount of fees where maybe somewhere in the middle. Insurance, taxes, and the appraisal are set locally and they all charge pretty much the same.
So that's where when you're looking at closing costs where can I maybe look at helping myself out as a client.
