Solution for Bitwig and Scaler 2 Midi CC Sync issue (using Delay)
Bitwig 4.4.6 and Scaler 2.7.0 (VST3) are used. Before this, I had an alternative implementation where I was using Channel 16 as a modulator combined with Midi CC, and it was working fine, however I preferred for it to be contained within a Grid.
This video shows:
1. Working solution uses Delay modules where based on notes Midi channel, it sends CC messages to Scaler 2, which in turn sets the correct Pattern in Scaler 2.
2. Removal of Delay modules which causes Scaler 2 to incorrectly pickup the CC messages.
3. Re-adding delay modules to show it working again.
I think this must be some issue either in Bitwig or Scaler 2.
0.01ms (one hundredth of a milli-second) delay is unlikely to be a timing issue?
