This video contains my build that allows for Sandevistan to cool down in two seconds, allowing you to trigger it multiple times in extended combat scenarios. I've been having a lot of fun in Cyberpunk 2077 with this build, and when you watch this video you'll understand why. This video was recorded during Patch 1.52, but the build does work in 1.6.
