00:17- Recipe #1 Fried Banana with Hemp Seeds (6 months and up)

Ingredients

1 banana
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon hemp-seeds

Yield: 1-2 baby servings

Procedure

1. Peel the banana and cut it into finger-shaped pieces
2. Heat coconut oil on a low-medium heat and pan fry banana until lightly caramelised
3. Scatter hemp seeds over friend banana and allow to cool before serving
4. Offer as finger food to baby

01:52- Recipe #2 Cinnamon Baked Apple and Pear Puree with Coconut Yoghurt (6 months and up)

Ingredients

2 apples
2 pears
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
2 Tablespoons coconut yoghurt

Procedure

1. Preheat oven to 200C
2. Peel the apple and pear, core and quarter and roughly cut
3. Place onto a lined baking tray with melted coconut oil and cinnamon, toss to combine
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until soft
5. Add the baked apple and pear to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved
6. Add a layer of the apple and pear puree in the Silicone Lid Glass Jars from Haakaa and then add a layer of coconut yoghurt. Continue doing this until you have reached the top
7. Place the airtight Silicone Lid on top, and keep in the fridge until ready to offer baby

04:40- Recipe #3 Gut Loving Sweet Potato and Thyme Puree (6 months and up)

Ingredients

1 sweet potato
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Norish Nutrition Meal Booster
2 teaspoons Norish Nutrition Bone Broth
1 cup of filtered water

Procedure

1. Preheat oven to 200C
2. Peel and roughly chop the potato and add to a lined baking tray with olive oil and thyme, toss to combine
3. Roast for 30 minutes or until the sweet potato has softened
4. Combine the Norish Nutrition Meal Booster and Boine Broth and mix into 1 cup of hot water
5. Add the roasted sweet potato to a blender with the Meal Booster and Bone Broth and blend until a smooth-soup-like consistency is achieved
6. Allow to cool and offer to baby OR if pre-making a batch, pour individual portions into the compartments of the Haakaa Silicone Freezer Tray and freeze. Remove and heat individual cubes as and when needed for feeding.

Yield: 2.5 cups
Yield: ¾ cup or 3-4 baby servings
