Suikoden II's "Secret" Bad Ending
In Suikoden II, there is a quest line in the Tinto section where Nanami suggests you run away. If you go along with her, next head over to Crom Village to advance the scenario. So long as you continue to run away every chance you get, you will eventually get the bad ending! However you can change your mind many times during this scenario, and if you do decide to go back to Tinto after a certain point, you'll actually get a unique recruit out of the whole ordeal in Boris!
