Level 1 Chaco Bug in Suikoden II
In Suikoden II. Chaco causes the party a lot of grief before joining the party. If you're pretty mean to him before he joins you with the dialogue options, he'll actually join the party at Level 1. This seems like it's intentional design, but I believe this is actually a bug. This serves no real purpose, but I like to do it, since Chaco is such a brat!
