On November 24, 2009, eleven explorers ventured into Nutty Putty Cave. John Edward Jones, along with his brother Josh, chose to take a different route, and John plunged headfirst into a narrow passageway and became stuck after entering it, in this 18-inch-wide, 10-inch-high dead end.
I recount John's tragic end in this video, which can help raise awareness about the dangers of venturing into a cave.
