Warsaw Election Conversation
On behalf of Polityka Insight and the European Council on Foreign Relations, it is our pleasure to invite you join us in our post-election debate “Warsaw Election Conversation: What do the Polish Elections Mean for Europe”.
The parliamentary election on October 15 is often framed as the country’s most important election since 1989. Not only will it determine Poland’s political trajectory (consolidation of the illiberal political system or attempt to roll it back) but also play a significant role in shaping the European political landscape ahead of the EP election in 2024. We will discuss the results of the vote, possible scenarios for the government formation as well as their implications for the European Union and its member states.
