Please note my Desserted Cottage is on a massive hill so I have a very tall base and an extra flight of stairs!
The Desserted Cottage was recently released on ArcheAge. It is a 28x28 house with a 200 decor item limit.
The Desserted Cottage Design can be purchased for 750 Merit Badges. This is tradeable.
Or Wrapped Full Kit: Desserted Cottage can be found as a rare drop from the Sweet Temptation Box (Legacy). This version is tradeable when wrapped.
If you do not get the Full Kit and instead put down a design and build it, it will require 30 Stone Packs, 10 Iron Packs and 10 Lumber Packs to build.
It's features include a Memory Ember which allows you to return back to the house (as well as cool donut shaped smoke clouds when you light the fire!), as well as a Chocolate Fountain Workbench which will give you two puddles of Marvelous Chocolate every 24 hrs to the left and right, which cost 50 Labour each to pick up. You can use the Marvelous Chocolate as a buff (increases Loot Drop Rate +10% and Loot Gold Rate +10% for 1 hour) or you can save it up to craft furniture items (Cookie Decor) using the Chocolate Fountain Workbench. The Cookie Decor is tradeable, however the Marvelous Chocolate itself is not.
