Today I'm sharing a confusing one... A Licensed Harley Shirt in Canada with a David Mann Graphic , but its missing the David Mann Signature . Is it possible that Harley didn't know ? or did David Mann say "Yea sure no problem , sell my art without my name on it " who knows the answer to this ?
