Montea’s Cocktail Dinatoire Paris 🗼
Montea hosted its annual Cocktail Dinatoire in Paris, welcoming clients and partners for an evening of dialogue on the future of logistics real estate.
The evening opened with a keynote by Jean-Marc Jancovici, who underlined the close link between logistics and energy. His message: the sector cannot be seen in isolation from the energy transition. Efficiency, shorter supply chains and smarter use of resources will become essential as Europe faces structural shifts in energy supply.
This was followed by a panel discussion with Jean-Marc Jancovici, Jean-Christophe Machet (FM Logistic), Laurent SABATUCCI (EOL) and Luc Merigneux, MRICS (Montea France). The debate zoomed in on practical levers for change: from frugality and pooling flows to smarter warehouses and long-term regulatory frameworks.
These conversations reinforced a central point: logistics real estate is both part of the challenge and part of the solution. Building more resilient and sustainable supply chains will require collaboration across the sector.
